Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the changes of serum and urine interleukins and tissue factors of elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with urinary tract infection,in order to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with urinary tract infection.
METHODS A total of 60 elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with urinary tract infection in hospital from May 2014 to Sep. 2015 were selected as observation group, another 60 elderly patients with cerebral infarction at the same time were selected as control group, then the serum and urine interleukins and tissue factors of the two groups were compared. The data were analyzed by SAS 6.0.
RESULTS The serum and urine IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TF levels of observation group were (3.45±0.42)pg/ml,(16.36±1.89)pg/ml,(18.52±2.20)pg/ml,(28.98±3.04)pg/ml,and (1.64±0.21)U/L, respectively, which were all higher than those of control group, and the serum and urine detection results of observation group with different infection degree and infection sites had significent differences too (
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION The serum and urine interleukins and tissue factors of elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with urinary tract infection show high expression state, and the serum and urine detection results of patients with different infection degree and infection sites have obvious differences too,so they should be paid enough attention and intervention too.
