Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the different types of female genital condyloma acuminatum HPV infection and its relationship with clinical recurrence, so as to provide theoretical guidance and basis for the clinical treatment of female genital condyloma acuminatum HPV infection.
METHODS A total of 146 women receiving treatment in hospital and diagnosed with genital condyloma acuminatum HPV infection from May 2014 to Jul. 2015 were selected. Patients had three-month and six-month follow-up treatment. The recurrence rates were observed and analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software.
RESULTS The number of low-risk HPV infection was 87, accounting for 59.59%, and high-risk HPV infection was 59, accounting for 40.41%. The types of HPV infection statistics showed that 94 patients were in single type of infection, accounting for 64.38%, mainly with low-risk HPV, 23 cases were in dual-infected patients, accounting for 15.75%, and double and triple infection were more common, accounting for 26.71%. The recurrence rate in patients with genital condyloma acuminatum after 3 months treatment was 20.69% in type of low-risk, 6.78% in high-risk. After 6 months treatment, low-risk recurrence rate was 1.15%, and high-risk was 27.12%. The above data had significant differences (
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION The types of female genital condyloma acuminatum HPV infection determines recurrence situation, so the reasonable preventive and treatment measures should be given according to different types of infection in patients in clinic.
