血常规检测对地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血患者感染的临床诊断分析

Clinical diagnosis on blood routine test for patients with thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia combined with infections

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨血常规检测对地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血患者感染的临床诊断价值,为临床有效诊断贫血提供参考依据。方法 选择2014年1月-2015年12月在医院进行血常规检测的贫血合并感染患者共80例,将缺铁性贫血20例患者为试验一组,地中海贫血60例患者为试验二组,同期选取医院血常规检测的健康者40名为对照组;比较3组受试人员相关资料,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 试验一组患者中红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量及血红蛋白平均浓度分别为(3.12±0.58)×1012/L、(69.1±4.2)g/L、(256.3±1.2)g/L,试验验二组中红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、血红蛋白平均浓度分别为(4.98±1.23)×1012/L、(92.3±3.7)g/L,(342.6±2.7)g/L ,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验一组红细胞分布宽度比试验二组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 患者血常规检测在诊断及鉴别地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血合并感染时具有极其重要的临床意义,并且操作快速、简便,价廉,在临床上值得推广。

     

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate the diagnostic value with blood test for diagnosing thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia in patients combined with infections, and to provide basis for effective clinical diagnosis of anemia. METHODS A total of 80 cases of patients with anemia and concurrent infection in the hospital for blood test from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2015 were selected, and divided into experimental group one with 20 cases of iron deficiency anemia and experimental group two with 60 cases of thalassemia, at the same time, 40 cases of healthy people who received blood routine test in the hospital were selected as control group. Related clinical data of patients in the three groups were compared. The results were statistically analyzed by software SPSS17.0. RESULTS The red blood cell counts, hemoglobin concentrations,and average hemoglobin concentrations in the experimental group one were (3.12±0.58) 1012/L, (69.1±4.2) g/L and (256.3±1.2) g/L, while they were (4.98±1.23) 1012 / L, (92.3±3.7) g/L and (342.6±2.7) g/L in the thalassemia group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The red blood cell distribution in the iron deficiency anemia group was higher than that of the thalassemia group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Blood routine test has an extremely important clinical significance on diagnosing and identifying thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia combined with infection, with fast operation, simple, inexpensive characteristics, and it is worth promoting.
