Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To determine the diagnostic value of CRP and WBC count according to research application effect of premature rupture of membranes to full term pregnant women infected with monitoring of CRP and WBC count detection.
METHODS A total of 120 cases of premature rupture of membranes to full term pregnant women in our hospital from Dec. 2012 to Sept. 2015 were randomly selected, and divided into two groups according to the patients with premature rupture of membranes of time, observation group 1 were pregnant women with time of premature rupture of membranes for 24 h or less, premature rupture of membranes more than 24 h was observation group two, with each group of 60 cases, and 60 normal childbirth pregnant women admitted in the first quarter were set as the control group. The clinical indications of three groups were observed. The results were statistically analyzed by software SPSS19.2.
RESULTS CRP and WBC count of observation group 1 of patients had significant differences with observation group 2 and control group (
P<0.05). The infection rate of observation group 1 patients was 20.00%, the observation group 2 patients was 58.33%, and the control group was 6.67%, there was significant according to the comparison of three groups(
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION The joint detection of CRP and WBC count of premature rupture of membranes in full term pregnant women in the process of treatment can effectively predict whether pregnant women infection occurs, and it has significance to the patients' treatment and diagnosis.
