Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of two-stage rivision for the infections related indexes of patients with infection after replacement of total hip,in order to provide evidence for the treatment methods selection.
METHODS A total of 42 patients with infections after replacement of total hip in our hospital from Feb. 2012 to Jul. 2015 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group (one-stage rivision group, 21 cases) and observation group (two-stage rivision group, 21 cases) according to the operation opportunity, then the inflammatory factors of two groups were compared. SPSS 15.0 was used for statistic analysis.
RESULTS The inflammatory factors and other common infection indexes of two groups before the treatment had no significant differences. The interleukins including IL-1β,IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 of observation group at 1st,3rd and 7th day after the operation were all lower than those in control group, and the other inflammatory indexes and other common inflammatory indexes were all lower than those in control group(
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION The bad influence of two-stage rivision for the infections related indexes of patients with infections after replacement of total hip is smaller than the influence in one-stage rivision,so it is more suitable to the patients with infections after replacement of total hip.
