Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the changes of post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis (APSGN) in patients with serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS), interleukin, and T lymphocyte subsets, and provide references for clinical treatment in APSGN.
METHODS A total of 50 patients with APSGN from Jan. 2014 to Oct 2014 in hospital were collected as infection group, and over the same period, 50 cases of normal people according to clinic health physical examination were selected as control group, and the following indicators were tested: the serum SOD, NO, NOS and interleukin 10 (IL-10) and 17 (IL-17). The results were statistically analyzed by software SPSS 19.0.
RESULTS SOD and NO of infection group were (216.29±98.66)ng/ml and (52.50±9.91)ng/ml, lower than those of control group, which were (263.84±83.25)ng/ml,(58.04±10.92)ng/ml; the NOS of the infection group was (1.62±0.82)μg/ml, higher than (1.23±0.63)μg/ml of the control group. IL-10 and IL-17 of infection group were(44.20±10.33)μg/L,(19.95±6.88)ng/L, higher than (24.02±8.57)μg/L,(11.92±7.24)ng/L in control group. The above data comparing differences between two groups had significant differences (
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION APSGN serum SOD and NO in patients with a normal population decreases, NOS, IL-10, IL-17 increases, and T lymphocyte disorders at the same time, testinf the above indicators can help corresponding the patient's condition changes and having auxiliary diagnosis.
