Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate effect on capacity reactivity of using propofol anesthetic sedative in patients with septic shock, so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis.
METHODS A total of 50 patients got septic shock after the fluid resuscitation reached standard in our hospital for treatment of early treatment (EGDT) in Aug. 2014 to Aug. 2015 were selected as research subjects, who were randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 25 patients given midazolam sedation, observation group 25 patients given propofol for anesthetic sedation. The change and volume load the capacity load of capacity reactivity between the two groups of patients were compared.
RESULTS The proportion of capacity reactivity increase after sedation in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group (
P<0.05); the proportion of subgroups of patients with reactive for capacity after sedation in observation group increased 66.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (27.3%).
CONCLUSION Using propofol for anesthesia and sedation in patients with infectious shock could give a increasing trend for volume responsiveness, and will not affect myocardial contractility or just little, so which is worthy of clinical use.
