Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To analysze the clinically relevant factors and treatment status of lymph cyst infection after cervical cancer surgery, so as to provide evidence of diagnosis and treatment for lymph cyst infection after cervical cancer surgery.
METHODS A total of 78 cases with lymph cyst infection after cervical cancer surgery in hospital gynecologic oncology department from Jul. 2012 to Sep. 2014 were selected for the study. Relevant factors for infection were analyzed and SPSS 17.0 was used for statistic analysis.
RESULTS The related risk factors were patient's age, diabetes, postoperative chemotherapy, postoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy, postoperative drainage tube with long time and lymphatic cyst maximum diameter (
P<0.05). The treatment effective rate of anti inflammatory combined with drainage therapy lymphatic cyst infection was 92.2%, which was better than anti-inflammatory treatment 23.5%.
CONCLUSION The related risk factors should be focused on for prevention, and the treatment effect of anti inflammatory combined with drainage therapy to lymphatic cyst infection is remarkable.
