Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the change status of recurrence and metastasis related indexes of patients with pulmonary infection after breast cancer chemotherapy,in order to provide evidence for the treatment and intervention measure of the patients.
METHODS A total of 45 patients with pulmonary infection after breast cancer chemotherapy in our hospital from Jan. 2013 to Oct.2015 were selected as the group A,another 45 patients without pulmonary infection after breast cancer chemotherapy at the same time as the group B,another 45 patients with pulmonary infection as the group C,then the clinical data of these three groups were compared and SPSS 16.0 was used for data analysis.
RESULTS The serum tumor markers including CA125,CA153,CA199 and CEA of group A were respectively (21.45±2.25)U/ml,(18.51±1.84)U/ml,(19.56±2.24)U/ml and(5.58±0.46)ng/ml,and they were all higher than group B and group C. The serum VEGF related indexes and MMP related indexes of group A were all higher than those of group B and group C,and those serum indexes of group A with mild, moderate and severe pulmonary infection all had significont differences too (
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION The change of recurrence and metastasis related indexes of patients with pulmonary infection after breast cancer chemotherapy are obvious, and the influence of severity of pulmonary infection for the serum levels are great,so the control of pulmonary infection of patients after breast cancer chemotherapy should be paid more attention.
