Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationship between the hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection mode of pregnant women and the intrauterine infections in neonates so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment of the pregnant women with HBV infections.
METHODS A total of 40 pregnant women with HBV infections who were treated in the hospital from Oct 2013 to Dec 2014 were recruited as the study objects, then the hepatitis B serological markers of the pregnant women and neonates were detected by using ELISA, and the related indicators of HBV-DNA in peripheral blood monouclear cells (PBMC) were detected by means of PCR.
RESULTS The total incidence of HBV infection was 10.23% in the 40 pregnant women, there were about 12 kinds of HBV infection modes, and the positive rate of HBV infections was 10.11%.The 'small three positive mode' was most common among the 6 modes, accounting for 97.88%.The detection rate of HBV was 20.58% in the pregnant women with the 'small three positive mode', while the detection rate of HBV was 96.35% in the pregnant women with 'big three positive mode', and there was significant difference between the two groups of data (
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION The 40 study objects have certain HBV infections, and the 'small three positive mode' is the most common.
