Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the therapeutic effects of different schemes on the clinical infection of high risk human papillomavirus (HPV), so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of HPV.
METHODS A total of 146 cases of patients with high risk subclinical HPV infection in department of gynecology of our hospital from Nov.2012 to Feb.2015 were selected, and divided into group A(43 cases), group B(56 cases), and group C(47 cases) according to a random number table. Baofukang suppository treatment, cervical fulguration, and Baofukang suppository combined with cervical fulguration treatment were used for the tree groups, respectively. Three months and six months after treatment, the vaginal fluid, vaginal bleeding, RLU / CO ratio improvement situation, HPV, P16 positive rate and complications were observed and recorded.
RESULTS The vaginal fluid amount and time, the vaginal bleeding amount and time, and the HPV and P16 positive rates of group A, group B and group C gradually decreased after 3 months and 6 months of treatment(
P<0.05). The RLU/CO ratio improvement rates were 67.44%, 71.43%, and 82.98%, respectively.
CONCLUSION Baofukang suppository combined with cervical fulguration for the treatment of high risk type HPV subclinical infection have significant effects, can effectively inhibit HPV further spread of infection, and reduce the risk of cervical cancer.
