Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the influence status of fungicidin and metronidazole for local immune and microcirculation in patients with colpitis mycotica,in order to understand the application value of combined application of the two drugs.
METHODS A total of 56 patients with colpitis mycotica treated in hospital from Jun. 2014 to Sep. 2015 were divided into control group(fungicidin group)with 33 cases and observation group(fungicidin and metronidazole group)with 33 cases by the principle of random allocation. The two groups were all treated for 14 days. Then the local immune and microcirculation indexes of two groups before the treatment and at different time after the treatment were calculated and compared. The results were statistically analyzed by software SPSS15.0.
RESULTS The local immune indexes including interleukin 4(IL-4),interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 12(IL
-12),interferon γ(IFN-γ) and microcirculation indexes including capillary tube diameter, blood flow perfusion, red blood cell aggregation and edema situation of two groups at 1st day before the treatment all had no significant differences, while the capillary tube diameter and blood flow perfusion of observation group at different time after the treatment were all higher than those of the control group, and other evaluation indexes were all lower than those of the control group(
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION The fungicidin and metronidazole can more effectively improve the local immune and microcirculation of patients with colpitis mycotica,so the treatment plays an active improvement role for the vaginal local state of patients.
