Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate clinical efficacy of Wuweixiaoduyin and Huangqijianzhong soup with gastric ulcer medicine in treatment of
Helicobacter pylori infection, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the safety and effectiveness of patient care.
METHODS A total of 122 cases of gastric ulcer patients with
H. pylori infection from Feb. 2013 to Feb. 2015 in the hospital were selected as study objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 61 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with western medicine methods of treatment, and in observation group were treated with Wuweixiaoduyin and Huangqijianzhong soup based on control group.
Helicobacter pylori negative rate compared to the situation of the two groups of patients were compared. The negative conversion rates, recurrence rates and adverse reactions rates of
H. pylori of the two groups were compared, and the treatment situation were also compared.
RESULTS The
H. pylori negative rates of control group and observation group were 91.80% and 70.49%, with significant difference (
χ2 = 9.741,
P<0.05).The recurrence rate and adverse reactions rate of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (
χ2=3.861,
P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 96.72%, which was significantly higher than 72.13% of control group (
χ2=8.201,
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION Wuweixiaoduyin and Huangqijianzhong soup combined with western medicine have clinical efficacy in patients with gastric ulcer, and can significantly improve negative rate of
H. pylori infection, reduce the recurrence rate and adverse reactions rate, and improve the cure rate and safety, and clinical application should be promoted.
