哮喘患儿血清骨桥蛋白分子表达意义及感染分析

摘要: 目的 研究血清骨桥蛋白分子在哮喘患儿中的表达,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 选取2014年12月-2016年12月医院诊治89例哮喘患儿资料进行分析,将其设为试验组,选取同期入院健康体检69例为对照组,采用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)琼脂糖电泳技术测定两组受试者血清骨桥蛋白分子,分析哮喘患儿感染率、病原菌及影响因素。结果 试验组患儿测定OPN、extaxin以及免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG、IgA指标,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿中35例并发医院感染,感染率为39.3%;感染患儿中分离出47株病原菌,其中排前3位的病原菌分别为金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌以及铜绿假单胞菌,分别占34.1%、17.0%及14.9%;哮喘患儿感染的发生与血红蛋白水平、T4/T8以及是否使用AGT无关,差异无统计学意义,与中性粒细胞绝对值关系密切,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 哮喘患儿中血清骨桥蛋白分子表达相对较高,与机体骨髓血管生成减少及造血减少关系密切,应加强病原菌及耐药试验,降低感染率。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the molecular serum osteopontin expression in patients with asthma in children,so as to provide the basis for clinical practice.METHODS A total of 89 cases of children with asthma treated in hospital from Dec.2014 to Dec.2016 were selected and their data were analyzed,who were treated as test group.The same period 69 patients has healthy result in health check as control group,using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)agarose electrophoresis technology to give analysis for two groups’ children serum osteopontin expression,asthma prevalence,pathogenic bacteria and influencing factors.RESULTS The experimental group was measured after OPN,extaxin and immunoglobulins IgM,IgG,IgA index,which were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).There were 35 cases of nosocomial infections in experimental group,and the infection rate was 39.3%.A total of 47 strains of pathogen were successfully isolated from infected patients,including the top three pathogens Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,which accounted for 34.1%,17.0%and 14.9%.The incidence of infection in children with asthma and hemoglobin levels,T4/T8 and whether AGT difference had no significant difference,but which had close relation with absolute neutrophil count(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Children with asthma serum osteopontin expression of molecules is relatively high,which has close relation to decreasing produce of angiogenesis in body′s bone marrow and hematopoietic,so the pathogens and drug test should be strengthened to reduce infection rates.
