Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the HPV susceptibility of women in different age groups, and investigate the distribution of HPV genetic subtype in Liaocheng and the effect of HPV on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
METHODS A total of 3095 women examined in Liaocheng People's Hospital because of the cervical diseases from Aug. 2014 to Dec. 2015 were included in the study. The HPV genotyping was detected in all of them. The cervical cytology or colposcopy biopsy was carried in positive patients. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.
RESULTS Totally 830 HPV positive patients were detected in 3095 women, with the positive rate of 26.82%. The incidence of HPV infection was relative higher in women aged 30~49 years old, accounting for 31.20%. High-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions were mainly caused by HPV16, 59, and 58. Two or more HPV genetic subtypes mixed infections in deferent groups(HSIL, LSIL and NILM) were significant difference(
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION The highest percentage of HPV infection is in patients aged 30 to 49 years old. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ratio increased with age and subtype mixed infection. HPV genetic subtypes causing high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia in Liaocheng are HPV16, 59, 58.
