Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the value of CBA technology in the diagnosis of tuberculosis by comparison with two commonly used rapid detection techniques, so as to provide references for clinical treatment.
METHODS A total of 191 patients were choosed in hospital from Mar. 2015 to Dec. 2015. All subjects were double-blind detected by using CBA technology, T-SPOT and TB antibody detection, then the test results were statistically analyzed.
RESULTS The sensitivity of CBA was 86.82%, which was higher than 75.19% of T-SPOT and 38.76% of TB antibody detection, and the differences were significance (
P<0.05). The specificity of CBA was 91.94, which was higher than 82.26% of T-SPOT and 83.87% of TB antibody detection.
CONCLUSION The results of CBA technology can effectively distinguish between active TB and other lung diseases, has great significance to control the development of TB epidemic, and provide a reliable technique to achieve the eventual goals of eliminating TB.
