脓毒症相关生物标记物的研究进展

Progress of study on sepsis-related biomarkers

  • 摘要: 脓毒症是病原体入侵或条件致病菌进入血液循环所造成的全身炎症反应综合征,当病情控制不佳时,可进展至严重脓毒症、脓毒症休克及多器官功能障碍; 目前关于脓毒症早期诊断、预后判断的生物标记物研究很多,大约有200多种,本研究将就脓毒症诊断、预后判断相关标记物可溶性白细胞分化抗原14亚型(sCD14-ST)、可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(suPAR)、正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)的研究进展做一综述。

     

    Abstract: Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by invasion of pathogens or conditional pathogenic bacteria into blood circulation, it may develop to severe sepsis, septic shock, and multiple organ dysfunction when it is out of control.At present, there are about 200 kinds of biomarkers for the early diagnosis and prediction of prognosis of sepsis.The review tries to illustrate the progress of research on the related indicators for diagnosis and prediction of prognosis of sepsis, including soluble CD14 subtype (sCD14-ST), soluble urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (suPAR),and pentraxin 3 (PTX3).
