Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study and observe the influence of high risk type HPV infection for the expression of cervical lesion tissue Th1Th2 related indexes,in order to understand the influence of high risk type HPV infection for the immune state.
METHODS A total of 65 patients with high risk type HPV infection from Mar. 2015 to Apr. 2016 were selected as group A,65 patients with low risk type HPV infection were selected as group B,and 65 healthy women of the same ages were selected as group C. The expression situation of cervical tissue Th1Th2 related indexes of the three groups were detected and compared, and the expression situation of Th1Th2 related indexes of group A with different viral loads and types were compared too.
RESULTS The positive rate of tissue IFN-γ of group A was 13.85%,which was lower than 21.54% of group B and 38.46% of group C,and the positive rate of group B was lower than that of group C. The positive rates of tissue IL-4,IL-10,IL-13 and TNF-α of group A were 36.92%,41.54%,40.00% and 49.23%,which were all higher than 23.08%,26.15%,23.08%,27.69% of group B and 1.54%,3.08%,1.54%,4.62% of group C,and the positive rates of group B were higher than those of group C. The positive rates of group A with different viral loads had significant differences (
P<0.05),while the positive rates of group A with different types had no significant differences.
CONCLUSION The expression of cervical lesion tissue Th1Th2 related indexes of patients with high risk type HPV infection are higher, and the influence of the viral loads for the expression levels are great,so those indexes of patients with high risk type HPV infection should pay attention for their monitoring and improvement.
