Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study and observe the expression levels of blood inflammatory factors of patients with bladder cancer and infection,in order to provide evidence for the treatment measures of the patients.
METHODS A total of 45 patients with bladder cancer and infection from Dec. 2014 to Apr. 2016 were set as group A,45 patients with bladder cancer and without infection at the same time were set as group B,and 45 healthy persons were set as group C. The serum anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory factors levels of the three groups were detected, then the detection levels of the three groups, group A and group B with different stages of bladder cancer were compared.
RESULTS The serum pro-inflammatory factors IL-4,IL-10,IL-37 and APN of group A were(2.21±0.25)ng/ml,(30.68±3.27)pg/ml,(50.17±3.34)pg/ml and(4.18±0.52)mg/L,respectively, which were all worse than those of group B,and the levels of group B were all worse than those of group C, and there were significant differences (
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION The expression levels of blood inflammatory factors of patients with bladder cancer and infection show obviously abnormal, and the influence of the infection for those indexes of patients with different stages of bladder cancer are great,so they should be paid to more attention.
