Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study and observe the distribution of pathogenic bacteria of patients with otomycosis externa and the application value of He-Ne laser irradiation therapy,in order to provide references for the treatment of otomycosis externa.
METHODS A total of 82 patients with otomycosis externa in our hospital from Jun. 2015 to May 2016 were selected as research objects, and the pathogenic bacteria of the patients were detected and analyzed. Then 82 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases in each group, the control group were treated with routine treatment of otomycosis externa, the observation group were treated with He-Ne laser irradiation therapy on the basic treatment of control group, and the total effective rates, effective time and discomfortableness evaluation results before and after the treatment of the two groups were analyzed and compared.
RESULTS The main pathogenic bacteria of 82 patients with otomycosis externa were
Aspergillus and
Candida albicans, the rates were all higher than those of other pathogenic bacteria. The total effective rates of observation group at first and second week after the treatment were 92.68% and 97.56%,which were higher than 73.17% and 82.93% of control group, the effective time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, the discomfortableness evaluation results observation group after the treatment were better than those of control group, and those differences were all significant(
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION The main pathogenic bacteria of patients with otomycosis externa are
Aspergillus and
C.albicans, and the treatment effects of He-Ne laser irradiation therapy in these patients are better,so its application value is higher.
