耐碳青霉烯肠杆菌科细菌耐药机制的研究进展

Research progress of resistant mechanism of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae bacteria

  • 摘要: 本综述主要阐述了耐碳青霉烯肠杆菌科细菌的流行病学及耐药机制。自20世纪80年代,碳青霉烯类抗菌药物被看做是多药耐药革兰阴性菌的最有效治疗用药。但自1996年在美国发现后,耐碳青霉烯类肠杆菌科细菌严重影响人类健康。获得性碳青霉烯酶是造成碳青霉烯类耐药的主要原因,另外还有外排泵的产生以及孔蛋白缺失或下调表达。笔者针对碳青霉烯类耐药机制的研究进展作一综述。

     

    Abstract: This review summarized the epidemiology and resistant mechanisms of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae(CRE). Since 1980s, carbapenem antibiotics had been regarded as the most effective therapeutic agents for multidrug-resistant gram-negative bacteria. But since 1996, when it was found in America, the CRE seriously affected public health. Carbapenem-resistance was mainly caused by acquired carbapenemases, as well as the expression of efflux pump and the deletion or downregulation of porin. This paper mainly reviewed the carbapenem-resistant mechanisms.
