Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To observe and study the changes of high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV) infection situation and local microcirculation of patients with bacterial vaginal disease,in order to provide evidence for the diagnose and treatment of the disease.
METHODS A total of 48 patients with bacterial vaginal disease from Jun. 2015 to Jul. 2016 were selected as observation group,48 healthy women were selected as control group, and the high-risk HPV infection situation and local microcirculation of the two groups were compared.
RESULTS The detection rates of HPV16,HPV18 and other high-risk HPV of observation group were 31.25%,37.50% and 33.33%,respectively, which were all higher than 6.25%,6.25% and 4.17% of control group, the cervical local microcirculation of observation group were worse than that of control group, and the high-risk HPV infection situation and local microcirculation of observation group with mild, moderate and severe disease had significant differences (
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION The high-risk HPV infection situation and local microcirculation of patients with bacterial vaginal disease are obviously different to those of healthy women, and the differences of patients with different severities of disease are obvious,so the indexes should be paid enough attention and intervention.
