蒸汽清洗在外来手术器械清洗流程中的应用研究

Application of steam cleaning in loaner instrumentation cleaning process

  • 摘要: 目的 通过比较不同清洗方法对外来手术器械清洗质量效果的影响,探讨蒸汽清洗在外来手术器械清洗流程中的应用,为消毒供应中心优化外来手术器械清洗流程,提高外来手术器械清洗质量提供依据。方法 选取送洗的外来手术器械200台,将其随机分为2组,A组器械采用常规清洗方法,B组器械采用常规清洗加蒸汽清洗,清洗后采用目测和3MTM Clean-TraceTM ATP 生物荧光法对外来手术器械清洗质量进行检测,记录清洗质量合格率。结果 目测法检查A组、B组外来手术器械清洗合格率分别为95.0%、100.0%,ATP生物荧光法检查A组、B组外来手术器械清洗合格率分别为90.0%、97.0%,结果显示,B组外来手术器械清洗合格率与A组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 对于送洗的外来手术器械,采用常规清洗加蒸汽清洗相组合的清洗方法,可优化消毒供应中心外来手术器械清洗流程,并提高外来手术器械清洗质量。

     

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To compare the cleaning quality effect of different cleaning methods on loaner instrumentation, explore the application of steam cleaning in loaner instrumentation cleaning process, so as to provide the basis for optimizing loaner instrumentation cleaning process for Central Sterile Supply Department, and improving the cleaning quality of loaner instrumentation. METHODS A total of 200 loaner instrumentation were selected, and were randomly divided into 2 groups, group A were cleaned by routine method, and group B were cleaned by routine cleaning combined with steam cleaning method. The cleaning qualities of loaner instrumentation were detected by visual inspection and 3MTM Clean-TraceTM ATP bioluminescence assay, and the qualified rates of cleaning quality were recorded. RESULTS The cleaning qualified rates of loaner instrumentation group A and group B by visual inspection were 95% and 100%, and by ATP bioluminescence assay were 90% and 97%. The results showed that the cleaning quality of group B had a significant difference with that of group A (P<0.01). CONCLUSION By adopting the application of routine cleaning combined with steam cleaning in loaner instrumentation cleaning process, it can optimize the loaner instrumentation cleaning process and improve the cleaning quality of loaner instrumentation.
