医院多药耐药菌检出情况及ICU多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌耐药性分析

Detection of multidrug-resistant bacteria in hospital and analysis of drug resistance of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii in ICU

  • 摘要: 目的 了解多药耐药菌特别是多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌在医院的分布特征与耐药性,通过多种管理手段降低感染发生率。方法 采用全自动细菌鉴定仪进行病原菌菌种鉴定,并对多药耐药菌临床资料分析。结果 医院2013年-2015年多药耐药菌资料动态观察,共检出多药耐药菌1 573株,其中鲍氏不动杆菌325株,其中127株发生在ICU,为高发病区;对这127株鲍氏不动杆菌进行药敏分析,发现耐药情况严重。结论 多药耐药菌是院感管理重点难点,ICU多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌易引起医院感染集散流行和暴发;通过接触隔离措施落实,合理使用抗菌药物等,有效控制多药耐药菌传播与蔓延,降低多药耐药菌感染的发生率 。

     

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To understand the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of multidrug-resistant bacteria in hospital, especially multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii, so as to reduce the incidence of infection by many management measures. METHODS The pathogenic bacteria were identified by automatic bacteria identification instrument, and the clinical data of multidrug-resistant bacteria were analyzed. RESULTS Totally 1573 strains of multidrug-resistant bacteria were detected in the hospital from 2013 to 2015, including 325 strains of A.baumannii, of which 127 strains occurred in ICU, which was a high risk area. Drug sensitivity analysis of the 127 strains of A.baumannii showed that drug resistance situation was serious. CONCLUSION Multidrug-resistant bacteria infection is the key and difficulty of hospital infection management, ICU multidrug-resistant A.baumannii is easy to cause hospital outbreak. Through the implementation of contact isolation measures and rational use of antimicrobial agents, can effectively control of multidrug-resistant bacteria transmission and spread, and reduce the incidence of multidrug-resistant bacteria infection.
