Abstract: OBJECTIVE To analyze changes of life quality and immune indexes of patients with chronic hepatitis B complicated with anxiety,so as to provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. METHODS A total of 48 patients with chronic hepatitis B complicated with anxiety in our hospital from Jan. 2014 to Nov. 2015 were selected as observation group,48 patients with only chronic hepatitis B were selected as control group,then the life quality,erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity indexes of control group and observation group were compared,and the life quality,erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity indexes among observation group with mild,moderate and severe anxiety were compared too. RESULTS The life quality including physiology aspect,psychology aspect,social relations and environmental indexes of observation group were(52.21±5.40)points,(54.22±5.61)points,(50.17±4.82)points and (58.81±5.80)points,respectively, which were all lower than (61.32±5.79)points,(65.42±6.13)points,(60.28±5.46)points and (70.64±6.57)points of control group,and the erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity indexes of observation group were all worse than those of control group. The life quality,erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity indexes among observation group with mild,moderate and severe anxiety had obvious differences,and the differences were statistically significant (all P＜0.05). CONCLUSION The life quality and immune indexes of patients with chronic hepatitis B complicated with anxiety are relatively worse,and the degree of anxiety has great impact on evaluat results, too, so the doctors shoud pay attention to the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B complicated with anxiety.
