固本宁肺方对接受吸入激素治疗的慢阻肺患者呼吸道感染的影响

Influence of solid bennin lung on COPD patients with respiratory tract infections receiving inhaled corticosteroid therapy

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨固本宁肺方对接受吸入激素治疗的慢阻肺患者呼吸道感染的影响,对临床治疗慢阻肺患者的效率进行分析,为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。方法 选择2013年6月-2016年6月于医院接诊的慢阻肺患者160例,将其分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,常规治疗加用固本宁肺治疗的为观察组,每组各有80例患者,通过对两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、呼吸道感染发生率和治疗前后的免疫功能情况进行对比。结果 两组治疗后的CD3、CD4水平均有上升,观察组上升的幅度明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组CD8水平有所下降,观察组下降的幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生上呼吸道感染1例,咽部真菌感染1例,发生率为2.5%,对照组发生上呼吸道感染4例,下呼吸道感染3例,咽部真菌感染2例,发生率为11.25%,观察组的呼吸道感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为71.25%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用固本宁肺方对接受吸入激素治疗的慢阻肺患者进行治疗,能够提高治疗的疗效,降低呼吸道感染的发生率,提高患者的免疫功能,效果显著,值得推广应用。

     

    Abstract: OBJECTIV To explore the influence of solid bennin lung on COPD patients with respiratory tract infections receiving inhaled corticosteroid therapy and analyze the efficiency of clinical treatment of the COPD patients so as to provide reliable basis for clinical treatment. METHODS A total of 160 COPD patients who were treated in the hospital from Jun 2013 to Jun 2016 were enrolled in the study and divided into two groups, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, while the observation group was given additional solid bennin lung therapy based on the conventional therapy. The clinical efficacy and incidence of respiratory tract infection were compared between the two groups of patients after the treatment, and the immune function was observed and compared before and after the treatment. RESULTS The levels of CD3 and CD4 of the two groups of patients were elevated after the treatment, which were elevated more significantly in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The level of CB8 of the two groups of patients declined, which declined more significantly in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). There was 1 cases of upper respiratory tract infection and 1 case of pharyngeal fungal infection in the observation group, the incidence rate was 2.5%; there were 4 cases of upper respiratory tract infection, 3 cases of lower respiratory tract infection, and 2 cases of pharyngeal fungal infection, and the incidence rate was 11.25%; the incidence rate of respiratory tract infection of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and there was significant difference (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, significantly higher than 71.25% of the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION As for the treatment of the COPD patients who receive inhaled corticosteroid therapy, solid bennin lung may enhance the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infection, and improve the immune function, with the effect remarkable, and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
