德尔菲法构建感染管理专职人员核心能力评价指标体系

  • 摘要: 目的 构建医院感染管理专职人员核心能力评价指标体系,为专职人员的培训、评价提供客观依据。方法 2016年8-10月,自行设计问卷对选自全国7个市、22所医院从事医院感染管理、护理、临床、医技的34名专家进行德尔菲专家咨询; 筛选指标并应用层次分析法确定指标权重,建立医院感染管理专职人员核心能力评价指标体系。结果 两轮函询专家积极系数分别为94.44%、100.00%,权威系数分别为0.84%、0.88%; 经过两轮专家咨询确定了包括一级指标5项,二级指标15项和三级指标71项的医院感染管理专职人员核心能力评价指标体系。结论 构建的医院感染管理专职人员核心能力评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,对感染管理专职人员的任用、选拔、培训、考核及评价提供可以量化的依据,也可为感染管理专职人员指明实践需达到的目标。

     

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish the evaluation index system for core competence of infection management professionals so as to provide objective basis for training and evaluation of full-time staff.METHODS From Aug 2016 to Oct 2016, the Delphi expert consultation was conducted to 34 experts who were engaged in control of nosocomial infections, nursing, clinical work, and medical technique in 22 hospitals of 7 cities of China.The indexes were screened out, the index weight was determined by using analytic hierarchy process, and the evaluation index system for core competence of infection management professionals was established.RESULTS After two rounds of consultation, the positive coefficients of experts were 94.44% and 100.00%, respectively; the authority coefficients were 0.84% and 0.88%, respectively.The index system for evaluation of core competence of infection management professionals, including 5 primary indexes, 15 secondary indexes, and 71 tertiary indexes, was established after two rounds of expert consultation.CONCLUSIONThe index system for evaluation of core competence of infection management professionals is scientific and reliable, it can provide quantified bases for appointment, selection, training, assessment, and evaluation of the infection management professionals and set the goals for the infection management professionals to achieve through practice.
