Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of
Helicobacter pylori infection on pepsinogen and gastrointestinal motility state of patients with gastric ulcer so as to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
METHODS A total of 56 gastric ulcer patients who were positive for
H.pylori and were treated in the hospital from Feb 2015 to Sep 2016 were chosen as the group A, meanwhile, 56 gastric ulcer patients who were negative for
H.pylori were set as the group B, and 56 healthy people were chosen as the group C.The pepsinogen and gastrointestinal motility state were compared among the three groups, and the detection results were compared among the patients with different types of
H.pylori infection in the group A.
RESULTS The levels of serum pepsinogen-related indexes of the group A were lower than those of the group B and the group C, and the levels of serum pepsinogen-related indexes of the group B were lower than those of the group C.The levels of gastrointestinal motility state-related indexes of the group A were worse than those of the group B and the group C, and the levels of gastrointestinal motility state-related indexes of the group B were worse than those of the group C.There was significant difference in the detection result among the patients with different types of
H.pylori infection in the group A, and there was also significant between-group difference.
CONCLUSIONThe
H.pylori infection has great influence on the pepsinogen and gastrointestinal motility state of the gastric ulcer patients, and the type of
H.pylori infection also has significant influence on them, therefore, it is necessary to focus on the surveillance of
H.pylori for the gastric ulcer patients.
