Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of gastric mucosal lesion and Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection on the expression of gastrin family gastrointestinal hormones.METHODS 90 patients with gastric mucosal lesion and Hp infection from Aug. 2016 to Nov. 2017 were selected as group A,90 patients with mucosal lesion under gastroscope were selected as group B,90 patients with Hp infection were selected as group C,90 healthy persons who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as group D. Then the expression levels of gastrin family gastrointestinal hormones （motilin,MTL）and（gastrin,GAS） before and after meal of the four groups were compared,and the expression levels of group A and group B with different mucosal lesion scores,group A and group C with different Hp infection situation were compared as well.RESULTS The serum MTL and GAS of group A,group B and group C before meal were respectively（283.45±31.63）ng/L and（118.68±12.56）ng/L,（202.54±28.98）ng/L and（84.61±7.45）ng/L,（199.32±28.42）ng/L and（82.25±7.10）ng/L,the serum MTL and GAS after meal were respectively（320.44±35.67）ng/L and（126.84±14.38）ng/L,（215.35±30.68）ng/L and（88.20±7.93）ng/L,（213.56±29.93）ng/L and（86.15±7.75）ng/L,and they were all higher than（165.65±22.35）ng/L and（60.12±5.66）ng/L,（182.54±23.72）ng/L and（65.45±6.13）ng/L of group D,the results of group A were all higher than those of group B and group C;the expression levels of group A and group B with different mucosal lesion scores,group A and group C with different Hp infection situation were compared,and the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.CONCLUSION The expression of gastrin family gastrointestinal hormones in patients with gastric mucosal lesion and Hp infection are increased,and the levels of patients with higher mucosal lesion score and Hp infection situation are relatively higher.
