Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the diagnostic effect of IGRAs and TST in patients with active tuberculosis and tuberculosis infection, providing reference for clinical detection of pulmonary tuberculosis.
METHODS Reports on IGRAs and/or TST diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis were retrieved on NCBI PubMed, Wanfang, CNKI and CBM from Jan. 1, 2011 to July 31, 2018. Data were extracted for research and were analyzed by Meta-Disc software. Result Accroding to the inclusion/exclusion criteria, 43 articles were finally included, among which 41 articles concerned IGRAs test and 26 were TST in tuberculosis diagnosed.
RESULTS Meta-analysis showed that summary SEN, SPE,+LD,-LD and SROCAUC of IGRAs test for diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis were 0.88(0.87~0.89), 0.79(0.78~0.80), 5.47(3.98~7.50), 0.15(0.13~0.18) and 0.938, respectively. Those parameters of TST were 0.65(0.64~0.67), 0.68(0.66~0.69), 2.03(1.72~2.39), 0.52(0.47~0.58) and 0.726, respectively.
CONCLUSION Compared with the TST test, the IGRAs test has higher sensitivity and specificity, possece potential clinical values.
