Abstract: Necrotizing soft tissue infection（NSTI） is a rapidly progressing and life-threatening disease, it more commonly affects the deeper layers of muscle.The early clinical manifestations of the disease are easily confused with other non-necrotic soft tissue infections, which may delay the treatment of the disease, hence, the early awareness and rapid diagnosis of NSTI are so important, and timely and effective surgical interventions, reasonable use of antibiotics and positive care for postoperative wound as well as nutritional support are effective measures to improve the prognosis.
