Abstract: OBJECTIVE To evaluate the implementation effect of 《Regulations for cleaning and disinfection technique of flexible endoscope》in Shaanxi province, and collect amend suggestions.METHODS Multistage sampling and stratified sampling were used to select all kinds of institutions and personnel using the regulation. A scientific and reasonable electronic questionnaire was Developed, "wenjuan xing" software was used for questionnaires’ releasing and recycling.RESULTS Results showed that, learning and training rate of the regulation is 84.53% among respondents in Shaanxi province, 93.92% were familiar with the regulation, and 77.35% were able to use the regulation at least once a month. Learning and training rate, familiarity rate and usage rate of the regulation in health administration institutions（including Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and health supervision institutes at all levels） were lower than those in medical institutions and enterprises.98.07% of the 362 investigators believed that the regulations was meaningful for standardizing flexible endoscope cleaning and disinfection work, 99.72% of the investigators believed that the regulations was meaningful for ensuring patient safety. For the indicators in the regulation, 97.24% believed that they were scientific, 96.69% believed that they were practical and advanced.CONCLUSION Regulation for cleaning and disinfection technique of flexible endoscope（WS 507-2016）was generally well implemented in Shaanxi Province.The training of relevant personnel in health administrative agencies（including Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and health supervision institutes at all levels） should be strengthened.Investigators in our study came from various types of regulation-using institutions and staff in Shaanxi, results can fully reflect the implementation of the standard in Shaanxi.
