Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Yinzhihuang granule combined with cefazolin sodium on treatment of neonates with infectious jaundice.
METHODS From Apr 2018 to Jun 2020, 106 children with infectious jaundice treated in the neonatal department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College were selected and divided into study group and control group by simple randomization method, with 53 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was given cefazolin sodium, and the study group was given cefazolin sodium supplemented by Yinzhihuang granules, both of which were treated for 1 week. The clinical efficacy, neonatal behavioral neurological assessment scale(NBNA) score, jaundice index, serum total bilirubin(TBil), myocardial zymogram indexes creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), creatine Kinase(CK), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), inflammatory response indexes C-reactive protein(CRP), white blood cell count(WBC), procalcitonin(PCT), and erythocyte immune function indicators Red blood cell immune complex rosette Rate(RBC-ICR), red blood cell C3 b receptor rosette rate(RBC-C3 bRR) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
RESULTS The total effective rate of the study group(92.45%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.58%)(
P<0.05) after 1 week of treatment. The NBNA score of the study group was significantly higher than the control group after 3 days and 1 week of treatment, and the jaundice index and serum total bilirubin levels were significantly lower than those of the control group(
P<0.05). The serum CK-MB, CK, LDH, CRP, WBC, PCT and RBC-ICR levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 3 days and 1 week of treatment, and the RBC-C3 bRR levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION Yinzhihuang granules cobined with cefazolin sodium in the treatment of children with infectious jaundice can relieve the condition, improve neurodevelopment, reduce myocardial damage and inflammation, improve red blood cell immune function, improve efficacy, and have good safety.
