Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), yeast gene noblp human homologous gene (NIN/RPN 12 binding protein 1, NOB1) and toll like receptor 3 (TLR3) in human papillomavirus (HPV)infected pregnant women and their diagnostic value.
METHODS Fifty-three patients with HPV infection during pregnancy in Hubei Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Mar. 2019 to Mar. 2021 were selected as the study group, and 53 healthy pregnant women who were examined at the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The expression of MCP-1, NOB1 and TLR3, as well as the expression of MCP-1, NOB1 and TLR3 in HPV infection during pregnancy under different clinical characteristics, were compared between two groups. The receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of MCP-1, NOB1 and TLR3 for HPV infection during pregnancy.
RESULTS The levels of MCP-1, NOB1 and TLR3 in the infected group were higher than those in the control group (
P<0.05); The levels of MCP-1, NOB1 and TLR3 were higher in patients with HPV infection in the third trimester, with more than two pregnancies, with impaired blood glucose and with smoking (
P<0.05). Compared with the single diagnosis of MCP-1, NOB1 and TLR3, the combined diagnosis of the three items was more valuable for the diagnosis of HPV infection during pregnancy (
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION Among patients with HPV infection during pregnancy, the expressions of MCP-1, NOB1 and TLR3 were elevated, and the combination of these indicators was of high value in predicting HPV infection during pregnancy.
