富血小板血浆在软骨、肌腱及骨组织损伤抗炎修复中应用的研究进展

Progress of research on application of platelet rich plasma in anti-inflammation and repair of cartilage, tendon and bone tissue injuries

  • 摘要: 软骨、肌腱及骨组织损伤是骨科及运动医学科常见疾病。富血小板血浆(PRP) 含有多种高浓度生长因子和介质。通过离心浓缩,将PRP注射到损伤部位,可以提高骨、软骨及其他软组织的自愈能力。PRP制剂治疗骨、软骨及其他软组织损伤已成为当今研究热点。同时,因PRP含有大量血小板、高浓度的白细胞和多种抗菌肽,有望成为预防术后感染、治疗慢性伤口及预防植入物相关感染的有效补充剂。为了评估PRP制剂对不同骨、软骨及其他软组织损伤的治疗效果,结合最近新发布的RPR相关专家共识,本文就相关研究进展作一综述。

     

    Abstract: Cartilage, tendon and bone tissue injuries are common diseases for orthopedics and sport medicine. Platelet rich plasma (PRP) contains various types of high concentrations of growth factors and mediators. Centrifuged and concentrated PRP was injected into to injured sites, which may facilitate the self-healing. The treatment of bone, cartilage and other soft tissue injuries with PRP has become a research hotspot. PRP is supposed to be an effective supplement for prevention of postoperative infection, treatment of chronic wounds and prevention of implant-associated infection due to its containing with a large number of platelets, high concentrations of white blood cells and a variety of antimicrobial peptides. In combination with the latest issued PRP-related expert consensuses, the effect of PRP on treatment of the bone, cartilage and other soft tissue injuries was evaluated in the review article.
