MALDI-TOF MS技术在感染性疾病检测及诊断中的应用进展

Progress of application of matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time-of-flight mass spectrometry in detection and diagnosis of infectious diseases

  • 摘要: 近年来基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)技术在感染性疾病诊断中取得了显著进展,其在细菌、真菌鉴定及蛋白质等大分子分析方面有一定的优势。本文根据MALDI-TOF MS技术在感染性疾病中的应用,尤其在食源性致病菌感染、尿路感染、血流感染、生殖系统感染及细菌耐药性检测方面的应用进展进行综述,为感染性疾病的诊治提供帮助。

     

    Abstract: Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS) has achieved remarkable progress in diagnosis of infectious diseases in recent years, showing certain advantages in identification of bacteria and fungi as well as analysis of macromolecules such as proteins.The application effectiveness of MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry in detection of infectious diseases, especially foodborne pathogenic bacteria infections, urinary tract infections, bloodstream infections, reproductive system infections as well as the drug resistance testing, was reviewed in the article so as to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.
