酸性电解水与次氯酸水及其医疗应用研究进展

Progress of research on application of acidic electrolyzed water and hypochlorous acid water in medical field

  • 摘要: 酸性电解水、次氯酸水作为一种安全、有效和环保型消毒剂, 经过多年的研究, 人们对其的认识不断深入, 对杀菌的有效性、对人体的安全性、对环境无污染等优点已得到共识。目前酸性电解水与次氯酸水已在一些医院用于内窥镜、手术室、供应室的医疗器械的消毒和医院环境的消毒, 对于防止医院内感染, 控制消毒剂对环境的污染起到了积极的作用。本文对近年来酸性电解水、次氯酸水的研究现状, 杀灭微生物的作用及影响因素、对环境和物品的影响、相关的法律法规及在医疗领域的应用进行综述。

     

    Abstract: As two types of safe, effective, and environmentally friendly disinfectants, acidic electrolyzed water and hypochlorous acid water have been widely recognized for their advantages such as the effectiveness in disinfection, safety for human body and friendly to environment through years of constant efforts on the research. Acidic electrolyzed water and hypochlorous acid water have been used for the disinfection of endoscopes, operating rooms, medical instruments of supply department and hospital environment, which has played an active role in prevention of hospital-associated infection and control of the contamination of environment due to the use of disinfectants. The current status of research on the acidic electrolyzed water and hypochlorous acid water, effect on killing microorganisms, influencing factors, impact on environment and objects as well as the application of relevant rules and laws in medical field were reviewed in the article.
