Design of intelligent storage management device for portable sterile surgical instrument kits and its technical parameters

    目的 研发一种便携式无菌器械包储存设备, 实现在野战及灾害救援环境下手术器械的智能管理。
    方法 基于温度传感器、湿度传感器、氧气传感器等多种监测智能模块, 获取手术器械包不同位置处的环境状态参数, 设计便携式无菌手术器械包储存智能管理设备, 通过神经网络技术对手术器械包的有效期进行实时预测。
    结果 初步完成便携式无菌手术器械包储存智能管理设备的生产技术参数、效果图及生产工艺, 为今后移动式手术器械数控存储设备于野战环境中的有效应用提供参考与借鉴。
    结论 便携式无菌手术器械包储存智能管理设备满足野战环境下手术器械的管理, 实现特殊环境下手术器械包实时数据监测管理。

     

    Abstract:
    OBJECTIVE To develop a storage device for portable sterile surgical instrument kits that enables intelligent management of surgical instruments in field and disaster relief environments.
    METHODS Based on various intelligent monitoring modules such as temperature sensors, humidity sensors and oxygen sensors, environmental state parameters of the surgical instrument kits at different locations were obtained. An intelligent storage management device for portable sterile surgical instrument kits was designed, which employed neural network technology to predict the expiration date of the surgical instrument kits in real-time.
    RESULTS The production and technical parameters, design renderings and production processes for the intelligent storage management device for portable sterile surgical instrument kits were initially completed, providing a reference for the effective application of numerically controlled storage devices for mobile surgical instruments in field environments in the future.
    CONCLUSIONS The intelligent storage management device for portable sterile surgical instrument kits meets the requirements for managing surgical instruments in field environments, achieving real-time data monitoring and management of surgical instrument kits in special environments.
