  • 摘要: 近年来, 人工智能技术在医疗领域的应用日益广泛, 其在医院感染管理中的应用前景尤为广阔。本文对人工智能在医院感染病例监测、防控行为监测、环境消杀及监测、感染预测与风险评估等方面的应用进行综述。人工智能通过精准预测、实时监测和优化管理, 显著提升了医院感染管理的效率和精准度。然而, 其应用仍面临数据隐私与安全、模型可解释性不足、伦理法律问题等挑战。未来需进一步优化数据管理机制, 提升模型透明度, 加强多学科合作, 推动技术与临床实践的深度融合, 保障人工智能在医院感染管理中的安全可靠应用。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the application of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field has become increasingly widespread, with particularly broad prospects for its application in hospital-associated infection management. This paper reviews the application of artificial intelligence in monitoring of hospital-associated infection cases, prevention and control behavior monitoring, environmental disinfection and monitoring, infection prediction and risk assessment. Through precise prediction, real-time monitoring and optimized management, artificial intelligence has significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of hospital-associated infection management. However, its application still faces challenges such as data privacy and security, insufficient model interpretability and ethical and legal issues. In the future, it is necessary to further optimize data management mechanisms, enhance model transparency, strengthen multidisciplinary cooperation, and promote the deep integration of technology and clinical practice to ensure the safe and reliable application of artificial intelligence in hospital-associated infection management.
