抗流行性感冒病毒的药物研究进展

Progress of research on anti-influenza virus drugs

  • 摘要: 当前主要的抗流感药物包括神经氨酸酶抑制剂、靶向RNA依赖性RNA聚合酶的抗流感病毒药物、基质蛋白2离子通道蛋白抑制剂等。这些药物通过不同的作用机制有效抑制流感病毒的复制与传播,减轻症状并缩短病程。病毒的变异性及耐药性问题仍对抗流感药物的效果和应用产生一定挑战。新的抗流感药物的研发及现有药物的优化仍是未来研究的重点方向。本文综述了当前抗流感病毒药物的研究进展,探讨了不同类型药物的作用机制、临床效果及面临的挑战,并展望未来研究的方向。

     

    Abstract: Currently, the main anti-influenza virus drugs include neuraminidase inhibitors, RNA-dependent RNA polymerase-targeting anti-influenza virus drugs and matrix protein 2 ion channel inhibitors. These drugs effectively suppress viral replication and transmission through distinct mechanisms, alleviating symptoms and shortening the disease course. However, viral variability and drug resistance remain challenges to the efficacy and application of anti-influenza virus drugs. Therefore, the development of novel anti-influenza virus drugs and the optimization of existing drugs remain key focuses for future research. This paper reviews the current progress of research on anti-influenza virus drugs, discusses the mechanisms of action, clinical efficacy and challenges of different drugs, and provides insights into future research directions.
