黏质沙雷菌临床分离株耐药性及其机制研究进展

Progress of research in drug resistance of clinical Serratia marcescens isolates and its mechanisms

  • 摘要: 黏质沙雷菌是临床感染中最常见的一种沙雷氏菌, 为一种条件致病菌, 可引起机会性医院感染。黏质沙雷菌对多种抗菌药物天然耐药, 且临床分离菌株表现出多重耐药, 引起的感染临床治疗也相当困难。本文就黏质沙雷菌临床分离株耐药种类、耐药率及可能的耐药机制做一综述, 为黏质沙雷菌感染的临床治疗及耐药机制研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Serratia marcescens is the most common Serratia species in clinical infection. As an opportunistic pathogen, it can cause opportunistic hospital-associated infection. S. marcescens exhibits intrinsic drug resistance to multiple antibacterial agents, and clinical isolates often demonstrate multidrug resistance, and making infections challenging to treat. This paper reviews the progress of research on the drug resistance of clinical S. marcescens isolates, including resistance profiles, resistance rates and potential resistance mechanisms, aiming to provide references for clinical treatment and further studies on its resistance mechanisms.
