抗菌纳米材料在医用织物消毒灭菌中的应用研究进展

Research progress on the application of antibacterial nanomaterial in disinfection and sterilization of medical textiles

  • 摘要: 医用织物作为医院感染传播的潜在媒介,其消毒灭菌效果至关重要。传统的消毒或灭菌方法虽然应用广泛,但在能耗、环境友好性和织物保护方面存在一定局限性,难以满足当前发展需求。近年来,新兴的抗菌纳米材料在医用织物消毒灭菌中表现出了独特优势。本文对该技术在医用织物消毒灭菌中的应用研究进行阐述,涵盖作用机制、材料类型、技术挑战和改性策略等方面,并对未来研究发展趋势进行展望,以期为提升医用织物消毒灭菌技术水平和构建精细化的医院感染防控体系提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: As potential vectors for hospital-associated infection transmission, medical textiles require effective disinfection and sterilization. Conventional disinfection or sterilization methods, despite their widespread use, face limitations in energy consumption, environmental friendliness and textile preservation, and fail to meet current developmental demands. In recent years, emerging antibacterial nanomaterial technology has demonstrated unique advantages in this field. This paper reviews its applications in disinfection and sterilization of medical textiles, covering mechanisms of action, material types, technical challenges and modification strategies. Future research trends are expected to provide theoretical insights for advancing disinfection and sterilization techniques for medical textiles and establishing a refined hospital-associated infection prevention and control system.
