下一代测序技术在口腔疾病检测中的应用进展

Progress of application of next generation sequencing technology in detection of oral diseases

  • 摘要: 下一代测序技术的发展推动了口腔疾病病因学从传统的病原菌检测向菌群生态失调研究的范式转变。本文综述了下一代测序技术在龋病、根尖周炎及口腔癌等疾病中的进展,旨在分析该技术的发展及其在口腔疾病中的创新应用,为未来分析口腔微生物组基础研究到临床精准诊疗的过程提供新的思路。

     

    Abstract: The development of next generation sequencing technology has driven a paradigm shift in the etiology of oral diseases from traditional pathogen detection to the study of microbiota ecological imbalance. The progress of next generation sequencing technology in diseases such as dental caries, periapical periodontitis and oral cancer was reviewed in the article, with the objective to analyze the development of this technology and its innovative applications in oral diseases, and to provide new ideas for the future analysis of the process from basic research on the oral microbiome to precise clinical diagnosis and treatment.
