Cleaning effect of different cleaning methods on biopsy forceps

    目的 研究不同清洗方法对活检钳类器械的清洗效果。
    方法 将2024年1-9月的360件活检钳分为A、B、C、D四组,每组90件,其结构、型号均相同,使用蒸汽喷枪+喷淋清洗机、蒸汽喷枪+减压沸腾清洗机、超声清洗+喷淋清洗机、超声清洗+减压沸腾清洗机四种清洗方法来处理活检钳器械,并通过目测法、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)荧光检测法、器械残留蛋白含量检测三种方法来评估各组间的差异。
    结果 在处理活检钳器械的清洗过程中,以目测法、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)荧光检测法、器械残留蛋白含量检测法3种方法对活检钳类器械进行检测,B组(蒸汽喷枪+减压沸腾清洗机)的活检钳表面合格率为90.00%、86.67%、83.33%,盖板交错处的合格率为86.67%、83.33%、81.11%,前端钳处的合格率为87.78%、86.67%、83.33%,其余3组方法清洗后的活检钳器械合格率均在80%以下。
    结论 四种清洗方法中,蒸汽喷枪+减压沸腾清洗机清洗方法的器械清洗合格率最高,返洗率最低。

     

    Abstract:
    OBJECTIVE  To study the cleaning effect of different cleaning methods on biopsy forceps.
    METHODS  A total of 360 biopsy forceps collected from Jan. 2024 to Sep. 2024 were divided into four groups: A, B, C and D (n=90 each). All forceps were identical in their structure and model. Four cleaning methods were employed to treat the biopsy forceps: steam spray gun + spray cleaning machine, steam spray gun + decompression boiling cleaning machine, ultrasonic cleaning + spray cleaning machine and ultrasonic cleaning + decompression boiling cleaning machine. The differences among the groups were evaluated by visual inspection, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) fluorescence detection and residual protein detection.
    RESULTS  During the cleaning process of biopsy forceps, the aforementioned three methods were adopted to test the biopsy forceps. The pass rates of the surface of instruments in Group B (steam spray gun + decompression boiling cleaning machine) were 90%, 86.67% and 83.33% for for visual inspection, ATP fluorescence test and residual protein detection, respectively. The pass rates at the intersection of the cover plate were 86.67%, 83.33% and 81.11%, respectively, under the same three detection methods. The pass rates at the front end of the forceps were 87.78%, 86.67% and 83.33%, respectively, under the same three detection methods. The pass rates of biopsy forceps instruments after cleaning in the other three groups were all below 80% under the same three detection methods.
    CONCLUSIONS  Among the four cleaning methods, the steam spray gun + decompression boiling cleaning machine achieves the highest pass rate and the lowest re-washing rate in instrument cleaning.
