超重装载对过氧化氢气体低温等离子体灭菌效果的影响

Impact of Overloading on the Efficacy of Low-Temperature Hydrogen Peroxide gas Plasma Sterilizer

    目的 探讨超重装载对过氧化氢气体等离子体低温灭菌效果的影响,为医疗机构规范使用过氧化氢气体等离子体低温灭菌器提供参考。
    方法 采用强生100NX及100S型过氧化氢气体等离子体低温灭菌器,在不同的灭菌循环下,评估装载重量对灭菌温度、过氧化氢气体浓度及灭菌监测的影响。
    结果 在本研究的实验条件下,超重装载导致舱体内最低温度下降0.60~5.10℃,过氧化氢累计有效剂量最低值下降了33. 28%~54.24%。100NX型灭菌器的Express循环及100S型灭菌器的短循环和长循环在实验设定的超重装载条件下,生物监测(合格率50.00%~87.50%)和化学监测(合格率35.00%~95.83%)失败情况显著增加。
    结论 医疗机构应严格控制过氧化氢气体等离子体低温灭菌器的装载量,避免超重装载,以确保灭菌效果的稳定性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract:
    OBJECTIVE  To investigate the impact of overweight loading on the sterilization effect of low-temperature hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizers, and to provide a reference for medical institutions to standardize the use of this equipment.
    METHODS  The STERRAD 100NX and 100S low-temperature hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizers were used to evaluate the impact of loading weight on sterilization temperature, hydrogen peroxide gas concentration and sterilization monitoring under different sterilization cycle conditions.
    RESULTS  Under the experimental conditions of this study, overweight loading led to a decrease in the lowest temperature within the cabin by 0.60−5.10 ℃, and the minimum cumulative effective dose of hydrogen peroxide decreased by 33. 28%−54.24%. Under the experimental overweight loading conditions, the Express cycle of the 100NX sterilizer, as well as the short and long cycles of the 100S sterilizer, exhibited a significant increase in failures in both biological monitoring (pass rate: 50.00%−87.50%) and chemical monitoring (pass rate: 35.00%−95.83%).
    CONCLUSIONS  Medical institutions must strictly control the loading capacity of low-temperature hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizers to avoid overweight loading, ensuring the stability and reliability of sterilization effect.
