Abstract:
Da Vinci robotic surgical system has been widely used, while current researches in China and abroad mainly focus on the development status and postoperative complications of Da Vinci robotic surgical system in related departments or types of surgery. There were few researches that focused on the prevention and control of healthcare-associated infection induced by Da Vinci robotic surgical system. The characteristics of the surgical system and current status of research on related nosocomial infections were reviewed in the article, the risk factors for the Da Vinci robotic surgical system-related nosocomial infection were explored. The risk of the related infection can be reduced by stress on four aspects: enhancement of perioperative management, environmental management in operating room, team training, cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments. It is expected to provide guidance for clinical health care workers and infection control professionals to carry out the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.
