Abstract:
In recent years, the research on bacterial biomembrane related theories and methods has become a hot issue in the field of disinfection supply center in recent years, and it has also become one of the focuses of nosocomial infection control.More and more attention has been paid to the control and removal of bacterial biofilms.How to remove bacterial biofilm is a new challenge for central sterile supply department (CSSD).According to literature review, the biofilm removal technologies that are currently used are summarized.In the aspect of biofilm removal, authoritative reports released from China Center for Disease Control showed that cleaning agent with special ingredients was better than water scrubbing, and cleaning agent with phthalic dicarboxaldehyde was better than water with phthalic dicarboxaldehyde.The CSSDs of several hospitals have adopted new cleaning agents successively to remove the new multi-enzyme biofilm, which were superior to single cleaning agent and water.For tubular cavity instruments, the combined ultrasonic cleaning is better than single cleaning agent.In addition, the pretreatment, water temperature and water treatment system also affect the removal effect.
