感染性疾病程序性细胞死亡研究进展
Progress of research on programmed cell death in infectious diseases

摘要: 细胞死亡是生物体维持基本形态的基本现象, 当病原体感染细胞时, 程序性细胞死亡过程被激活, 在清除被感染细胞的过程中, 携带有病原体的裂解的细胞激活机体的免疫反应, 从而发挥免疫防御作用。本文主要阐述了细胞凋亡、细胞焦亡、坏死性凋亡及泛凋亡4种细胞死亡途径的分子机制及其在先天免疫防御微生物感染中的作用, 并简要阐述了不同细胞程序性死亡途径之间的相互作用, 以期为深入研究感染性疾病的致病机制提供新思路。Abstract: Cell death is a fundamental phenomenon for organisms to maintain their basic morphology. When a pathogen infects a cell, the process of programmed cell death is activated, the lysed cells carrying the pathogen activate the immune response of the organism in the process of removing infected cells, thus exerting immune defense. The molecular mechanisms of the 4 types of cell death modes apoptosis, pyroptosis, necroptosis and pan-apoptosis as well as their effects on innate immune defense against microbial infections were mainly elaborated in the article, the interactions among the different programmed cell death pathways were briefly interpreted so as to provide new ideas for further study of pathogenic mechanisms of infectious diseases.
