METHOD The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis was used to analyze the strengths, weakness, the opportunities and challenges of hospital-acquired infection management at this stage, and to explore the management model and management priorities that should be adopted in hospital-acquired infection prevention and control. A solid infection control organization structure was constructed, reasonable methods and strategies for hospital-acquired infection management were chosen, and the effectiveness of information management was improved. At present, the hospital-acquired infection management system tends to be efined, the facilities are gradually improved, and the quality of personnel is improved, but it lacks the external driving force based on the sensitive control culture and the internal self-effort driven by the development goal. In the face of the complex situation of prevention and control, it is necessary to take advantage of the opportunity to continue to improve the organization structure, management methods and the effectiveness of information technology to accelerate the development of infection prevention and control.
