Abstract:
Medical personnel are exposed to various risks of occupational exposures during their working practice, such as biological, chemical, physical, and psychological exposure. In order to protect the health and safety of medical personnel, this paper aims to explore the coping strategies for medical personnel′s occupational exposures. Through literature review and empirical research, this article will review the importance and significance of preventing occupational exposure, types and hazards of occupational exposure for medical personnel, domestic and foreign researches on current situation and causes of ocupational exposure, methods and measures for preventing occupational exposure, and scientific methods for preventing occupational exposure for medical personnel in medical institutions. This article proposes coping strategies such as strengthening occupational training, improving occupational exposure protection facilities, and establishing an occupational exposure monitoring system.
